We loved going to this new place in Birmingham. The bar area was fun and crowded. There were two or three community tables or you could sit at your own table. It&rsquo;s best to order many small plates to try all the menu items.

We had guests coming from the field and wanted a special celebratory meal before returning home. We decided to do something different and took them to q&#39;ero Peru. Everyone loved it! The whole experience was great, and my pork stew was delicious, but the trileches stood out!!! Absolutely highly recommended.

What a discovery! I don&rsquo;t remember ever eating Peruvian food, but it was remarkable, with a &ldquo;foodie collection&rdquo; of our trip to California. q&#39;ero on the street at the north end of Encinetas, I definitely recommend booking a small restaurant that is very popular (understandably as food, drinks and service here is superb).&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; We started &quot; Pisco wines &quot; which is new to us. They are a popular Peruvian by Pisco cocktails (of course!) also have some syrup and protein lime with a layer of foam. Very refreshing! &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; As a vegetarian, I found there were a lot of options here, in fact I ended up ordering three vegetarians from the snack style; cositas &quot; menu so I could sample a wider range. They are all delicious and use ingredients I don&rsquo;t often encounter, like the front grass. Be aware that this is not a cheap place to eat; salad is about $15, main course is about 25-30 dollars. They are worth every penny, but dining here has opened my eyes, a new one Style of food, I will not only make q&#39;ero absolutely must, next time I go to Encinitas, I will also try Peruvian cuisine back to the UK. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Finally, thank you very much to the people of Encinitas. I have been to this place and in each of my recent trips to Encinetas four times this has been a highlight of the culinary visit. It is really small and you need to book in advance but worth the wait. The restaurant is very comfortable, the dining table furnishings are immaculate, colorful, the dining table is comfortable to wear and the atmosphere is great. Had a great atmosphere and staff were very knowledgeable about the food. The wines selected were just right. We had a wonderful bottle of Mendoza that perfectly matched the food. My 12-year-old son and I ordered golden chicken shredded, which was cooked entirely in the most magical seasoning, with walnuts and spinach served with stew. It tasted great and deep. My husband&#39;s pork handle was tender and rich, using a more interesting seasoning. We had fish before too, which was fantastic, but the main character of this show is beef short ribs, which is one of the best meals in the world! It&rsquo;s a really good restaurant. The taste is really excellent and I look forward to 2016 when I visit Encinetas again.
